The model all in stainless steel is recommended for installation in sea coastal areas, in which 304 stainless steel provides excellent protection against corrosion. The barbecues comprise a spit rack, roaster and meat grill. Construflama makes it possible to modify parts. One may choose the roaster lever (right, left or front side) and the grill type, such as the “Argentinean”, which greatly reduces the amount of fat that drops from the fire and reduces smoke by 50% (ideal for closed environments), round bar grill or the combined type.
